Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a Flight Test Discipline Engineer Staff -- Level 4 for its Skunk Works organization. The role plans, schedules, and executes flight test missions; develops test plans and flight test cards; coordinates test readiness; supports mission control room operations; and performs real-time and postflight data analysis. The engineer will develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems and may work on advanced aircraft and systems projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, active Top-Secret clearance, flight test experience, and mission control room experience, with some shift, extended hours, weekend work, and travel. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
