Description
Airobotics is seeking a UAV Flight Test Engineer to develop flight test plans and scenarios, coordinate test assets and approvals, execute field tests, respond to unexpected conditions, ensure safety and risk mitigation, analyze flight data, and prepare test reports. The role collaborates with system engineering, software, integration, pilots, operators, and safety teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Candidates need at least three years of experience planning, managing, or executing flight tests for complex systems, along with UAS experience, technical reporting, project execution, decision-making, travel, and fluent Hebrew and English skills.
