Description
Mach Industries is hiring an entry-level Flight Test Engineer to support the planning, execution, instrumentation, data analysis, and reporting of ground and flight tests for autonomous aircraft and related systems. The role collaborates with design, systems, manufacturing, and flight operations teams; develops test procedures and readiness documentation; supports test execution and hazard mitigation; analyzes telemetry and test data; and documents results. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field is required, while aerospace testing, robotics, UAS, instrumentation, and security-clearance experience are preferred. The position requires domestic and international travel, extended hours and weekends, and compliance with U.S. export-control requirements. Compensation is listed at $105,000–$140,000 USD for the Engineer level, with benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and professional development.
