The role performs computer administration, software installations and upgrades, user-account and hardware maintenance, real-time troubleshooting, readiness testing, and system integration, verification, validation, cost, risk, and supportability analyses. It requires a Top Secret clearance with special program access, DoD IAT Level II certification, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 3 to 5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience.
