Lockheed Martin is hiring a first-line manager for its F-35 Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) detail-design team in Fort Worth, Texas. The role leads mechanical and/or electrical engineers, oversees detailed engineering documentation, stress analysis, performance testing, aircraft modification, project metrics, bid and proposal development, and employee recruitment, training, and performance management. It requires flight-test instrumentation experience, team-lead experience, supplier and customer experience, and familiarity with F-35 design tools and processes. The position offers a full-time salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
