One Medical is hiring a full-time, in-person Float Member Support Specialist to support patients and office teams in its Darien, Connecticut office, with possible coverage in New Canaan and Westport. The role handles patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, front-of-house duties, feedback, technology use, and office upkeep. Candidates need at least one year of high-touch customer or patient-facing experience, strong communication skills, collaborative-team experience, adaptability, and computer proficiency. The position pays $22.75 per hour plus a 1.25 differential for eligible extended hours and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
