Description
The Admissions Coordinator provides admissions coverage across Integritus Healthcare facilities in Bourne, Yarmouth, and New Bedford, coordinating resident admissions from referral through paperwork completion and payer approval. The role schedules tours, communicates with prospective residents and families, completes OBRA and PASRR requirements, coordinates with nursing and other departments, maintains referral and admission records, and supports census, customer service, referral relationships, and facility marketing. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of long-term care or related healthcare experience are preferred; the position also requires knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, PASRR, and long-term care admission requirements, along with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and regular travel between the facilities.
