Description
The Float Dental Assistant supports dentists in four-handed dentistry and patient care across multiple Valley Health Systems dental sites, with travel and mileage included. Responsibilities include instrument transfer, reversible intraoral procedures, scheduling, patient preparation, charting, sterilization, inventory, prosthetic case handling, patient education, billing, care coordination, and HIPAA compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to travel, and dental assisting certification or licensure, and is scheduled Monday through Friday for 20 hours per week.
