Dungarvin is hiring a Direct Support Professional Float (DSPF) caregiver to provide direct support, instruction, encouragement, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. The role includes hands-on daily living assistance, appointment and outing coordination, transportation, and maintenance of medical records. It is cross-trained across multiple programs in the Bertram area, requires flexible scheduling, and offers a starting pay of $11 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus for select programs.
