Hanscom Federal Credit Union is hiring a full-time, permanent Float Financial Wellness Coach to provide personalized financial coaching, education, budgeting, savings, debt-management, credit-improvement, and goal-setting guidance to members and prospective members. The role includes one-on-one consultations, customized financial plans, workshops, seminars, webinars, community education, credit-report analysis, documentation, and regular travel between branch locations. Candidates need 3 to 5 years of experience, strong personal-finance knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Compensation is $28.93 to $36.16 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), student loan paydown, paid sick and vacation time, mileage reimbursement, and professional development benefits.
