Description
Kensington Senior Living is hiring a Float Leadership professional to provide interim, hands-on leadership across multiple communities during vacancies, transitions, or other periods of change. The role serves as an acting Executive Director or Department Director, supports onboarding, stabilizes operations, oversees compliance and financial management, coordinates cross-functional activities, and maintains resident and team well-being. It requires at least five years of leadership experience, direct hands-on operational experience, relevant state licensing, and a current Registered Nurse license.
