Description
One Medical is hiring a Float Medical Receptionist, internally known as a Flex Member Support Specialist, to support multiple offices in a market. The role serves as the first point of contact for patients, handles intake, scheduling, insurance verification, front-of-house duties, feedback, office upkeep, and ad hoc support for providers and practice staff. Candidates need at least one year of high-touch customer or patient-facing experience, strong communication and computer skills, and teamwork experience. The position is full-time at 40 hours per week, with 8-hour Monday-through-Friday shifts generally from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and pays $18.00 per hour.
