Southeast Primary Care Partners is hiring a Patient Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for patients at its Marietta home clinic, with float coverage to Woodstock and Canton as needed. The role handles patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, intake, payments, referrals, medical records, phone inquiries, and patient outreach. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of related experience including data entry, medical office and terminology knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel between locations. The PSR-II level also includes training and evaluation support for new hires and assistance with the PSR team lead.
