One Medical is hiring a full-time Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant, also known internally as a Flex Lab Services Specialist or Member Support Specialist, to support senior-health members in an office in Aurora, Colorado. The role combines venipuncture and other clinical specimen-collection services with front-desk, scheduling, insurance, billing, medical-record, and clerical support. Candidates must hold an active or recently active medical assistant or phlebotomy credential, have at least six months of relevant experience, and demonstrate venipuncture or vaccine-administration proficiency. The position pays $21.50 to $23.50 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
