LabCorp is hiring a Float Phlebotomist in Austin, Texas to perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections, process specimens, enter patient data, handle billing and payments, maintain records, provide customer service, and travel to clinic sites. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with clinical phlebotomy, pediatric-to-geriatric patient experience, and LabCorp experience preferred. It offers Monday-Friday coverage from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., overtime and rotating weekends as needed, an additional $1.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and quarterly incentive bonuses for eligible employees.
