Description
UniBank is hiring a full-time Float Relationship Banking Supervisor for its Douglas Branch. The role oversees branch operational excellence, compliance, security, and retail staff supervision; supports sales and business development; serves as a customer-facing point of contact for UniBank products; may function as a vault teller; and manages the branch in the absence of the Relationship Branch Manager. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent, at least one year of supervisory experience, one to two years of retail experience, cash-handling and customer-service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to other branch locations. The estimated base hourly rate is $25.00 to $35.00.
