Float RST & Float RCW - dynamic position supporting multiple programs at The Opportunity Alliance

The Opportunity Alliance is hiring a full-time Float Residential Service Technician (RST) and Residential Crisis Worker (RCW) at $24 per hour. The role provides direct services and medication administration to people in residential programs, with work locations assigned bi-weekly across six programs in Portland and South Portland. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of mental health residential experience, MHRT1 certification within one year, background checks, and the ability to perform moderate physical work and drive when necessary.
