Description
Pathways to Community is hiring a Site Supervisor to float among residential group homes and provide direct care, supervision, meal and activity planning, transportation, medication administration, housekeeping, safety, documentation, and staff mentoring. The role runs Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., is 40 hours per week, and pays $23.50 per hour. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable vehicle access, an acceptable driving record, strong English communication, availability to cover additional shifts, ability to participate in water activities, and the ability to pass background checks; prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. The position may provide a company vehicle or a $100 monthly stipend, and full-time positions include health and dental benefits, retirement matching, cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, and paid time off.
