Blaze is hiring a Float Teller for its Minneapolis South branch, with possible assistance at other metro branches. The role involves member engagement, financial-product education, accurate transaction processing, and face-to-face service. It is a full-time position with 40 hours per week Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays, requiring a high school degree or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, and at least one year of cash handling experience. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour, with Saturday pay at 1.5x, plus sign-on bonuses, healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
