Description
Blaze is hiring a Float Teller for its St Paul branch, with the ability to assist at other metro branches as needed. The role involves member engagement, financial-product education, accurate transaction processing, and face-to-face service. It is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays, and requires a high school degree or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, and at least one year of cash handling experience. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour, with Saturday pay at 1.5x, plus sign-on bonuses, healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
