AHF Products is hiring a Floater for its 1st-shift team at its West Plains, Missouri manufacturing facility. The role supports production by filling in across lumber yard, mill, and finish line positions, following assigned duties, maintaining safety and quality standards, and assisting team members. The position requires the ability to read tape measures, identify lumber width variations, read work instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently or collaboratively. It involves frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting lumber up to 100 pounds, and working around moving mechanical equipment in a loud, non-temperature-controlled environment.
