Description
The preschool floater assists the center director and/or assistant director by supervising and supporting children in classrooms, implementing lesson plans, managing recreation, snacks, naps, and classroom order, maintaining accurate student reports, communicating with parents, and participating in conferences and continuing education. The role also covers other classrooms as needed and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 540 hours of documented preschool experience, CPR/First Aid certification, age 18 or older, and pre-employment health and background checks.
