Monarch Healthcare is hiring a Floater to provide flexible full-time coverage for Developmental Specialist, Behavioral Specialist, and Individual Supports/Supported Living Specialist roles. The position supports individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or traumatic brain injury by implementing person-centered plans, promoting community participation and self-determination, assisting with daily living and safety needs, documenting services, providing transportation, and covering residential or community assignments, including possible sleepovers.
