Description
The Floater Teacher provides flexible classroom coverage across infant through Pre-K classrooms in Arden, North Carolina, supporting Lead and Assistant Teachers during breaks, transitions, absences, and other staffing needs. The role involves supervising children, engaging them in age-appropriate activities, assisting with daily care routines, maintaining a safe and organized classroom, communicating with families and staff, and adapting to different classroom environments. The position pays $16 per hour and requires a commitment to Biltmore Church’s vision and beliefs, NC DCDEE Lead Teacher qualifications or willingness to obtain them, and active involvement in a local Bible-teaching, Gospel-centered church; prior licensed childcare experience is preferred.
