Massage Envy is hiring a Floating General Manager to lead operations in the West Cleveland, Ohio region. The role involves coaching and mentoring teams, driving sales, member growth, service excellence, and business metrics, overseeing scheduling, staffing, inventory, payroll, and compliance, and creating a supportive client and employee experience. Candidates should have at least three years of management experience, strong communication and motivational skills, and the ability to interpret business metrics. Compensation includes a $50,000–$60,000 annual base salary plus bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) package, employee discounts, and monthly free massage or skincare services.
