Description
The Leasing Consultant serves as the first point of contact for customers and residents, supporting occupancy goals through property tours, prospect applications, move-in assistance, resident service, and retention. The role also assists with marketing, office coordination, work orders, and communication with maintenance and management. It requires 1–3 years of relevant property management experience, customer service and leasing knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, weekend availability, and the ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 15 pounds.
