Description
Enterprise is hiring a Floating REAC/Maintenance Associate to support inspection readiness and maintenance operations across more than 100 Enterprise-managed communities in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, and Pennsylvania. The role conducts pre-REAC and NSPIRE inspections, verifies corrective repairs, performs hands-on maintenance and unit turns, provides floating coverage during staffing gaps, assists with property assessments and staff training, and maintains accurate inspection and work records. Frequent travel, including overnight stays as needed, is required.
