Description
The Floorcare Maintenance Technician performs floor maintenance, upholstery cleaning, and temporary janitorial coverage across Retail and back-office facilities. Responsibilities include stripping and waxing, carpet and floor cleaning, sanitizing upholstery, completing work orders, maintaining cleaning supplies and vehicles, and communicating with colleagues and customers. The role requires prior floor-cleaning experience, customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, English communication ability, travel, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. It is a 40-hour schedule from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM Monday through Thursday, with possible evening and weekend overtime, and pays $22.00–$25.00 per hour.
