CW Resources is hiring a Floor Care Technician Supervisor at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia, for a Monday-through-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. shift with occasional nights and weekends. The role leads floor care technicians, oversees waxing, stripping, buffing, and cleaning across carpet, tile, vinyl, and hardwood surfaces, manages schedules and inventory, trains staff, maintains safety and equipment records, and handles floor-care equipment repairs. Applicants need at least two years of floor-care experience, including one year in a supervisory or leadership role, along with hands-on surface-maintenance knowledge, equipment operation skills, and safety training.
