Description
The Floor Layer prepares subfloors, measures spaces, and installs carpet, vinyl, parquet, laminate, and other soft floor coverings. The role also includes gluing or clicking flooring, finishing skirting boards and edges, checking work quality, leaving sites clean, explaining maintenance to customers, and working safely and on schedule. The ideal profile includes resilient flooring experience, accuracy, practicality, independent and team work, physical fitness, punctuality, a category B driving license, and Dutch language skills. The position pays €18.231–€21.940 gross per hour and includes meal vouchers, clothing and mobility allowances, overtime compensation, holiday pay, insurance, pension accrual, training, and Belgian statutory leave.
