ATCO Structures is hiring a Floor Layer (Construction Worker/Journeyperson Floor Layer) in Kamloops to install flooring in modular buildings. The role involves installing vinyl, laminate, carpet tiles, linoleum, and rubber flooring; preparing subfloors; measuring, cutting, and fitting materials; applying adhesives; inspecting and repairing work; and coordinating with production teams. Applicants need ticketed or unticketed flooring experience, at least two years of flooring installation experience or equivalent training and experience, and the ability to work safely and physically in a manufacturing environment. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $24–$30, Monday-to-Friday day shifts, benefits, and stable year-round work.
