Description
The employer is hiring a Floor Layer / Floor Laying Assistant for full-time employment, initially on a fixed-term basis with the possibility of permanent employment. The role supports floor layers by preparing subfloors, assisting with the installation of various floor coverings, maintaining tools and equipment, cleaning up, transporting materials, and following quality and safety standards. Applicants should have practical hands-on skills, experience or interest in floor laying, reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and physical resilience; a Class B driver’s license and German or Turkish language skills are preferred or required. The work is based on regional construction sites within a 100-kilometer radius.
