Description
The Floor Lead reports to the Store Manager and leads daily sales-floor operations for Bold Lives Men's Thrift in Rogers, Arkansas. Working part-time for 10–25 hours per week, the role provides customer service, manages inventory and merchandising, maintains store standards, handles checkout and register operations, and leads the sales-floor team. The position pays $15–$17 per hour and requires strong leadership, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with dependable transportation, reliable communication access, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability to stand for long periods.
