Description
The Floor Lead supports a Sur La Table store by directing daily operations as a Manager on Duty, coaching employees, maintaining customer service and store standards, driving sales, managing merchandise and inventory, and completing POS transactions. The role requires retail sales and customer service experience, supervisory experience, POS proficiency, and some Microsoft Office experience; prior Sur La Table Sales Associate experience is preferred. The pay range is $15.57 to $17.56 per hour, with bonus eligibility, an employee discount, and a 401K after 90 days.
