Everlane is hiring a Floor Leader to lead a retail store team and deliver a customer-focused shopping experience. The role involves delegating work across store zones, setting and coaching on sales-floor goals, monitoring business results, providing feedback, and communicating with store leadership. Candidates should have 1–2 years of leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proven record of hiring, leading, and developing store teams. The position requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, physical movement throughout the store, and the ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds. The hourly pay range is $22–$30.
