Lush is hiring a full-time Floor Leader to work 30–39 hours per week in a retail store. The role supports store management by driving sales, coaching sales associates, delivering customer service and product demonstrations, managing cash and store opening/closing procedures, maintaining inventory and visuals, and leading training and team development. Candidates need at least one year of experience in customer service and sales, cash handling, supervisory coaching, problem-solving, and a fast-paced team environment, along with knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business. The position pays $16.50 per hour.
