Conair LLC is hiring a Floor Level Trainer for warehouse operations at its Glendale, Arizona distribution center. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, onboarding, coaching, cross-training, and process standardization for warehouse associates while supporting daily operations across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. The position requires 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume distribution/logistics/fulfillment environment, strong communication and coaching skills, physical stamina, and familiarity with WMS, RF scanning, Microsoft Excel/Word, and ideally PIT equipment.
