Description
The Floor Maintenance Operator cleans, strips, and waxes floors throughout the Rockingham County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and Assisted Living Community, including common areas, offices, and resident rooms. The role also supports room setup for meetings and functions, audio-visual equipment, lightbulb replacement, trash transport, supply inventory, laundry assistance, and moving office or resident furniture. The position is full time and non-exempt, requires occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds and frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous cleaning or customer service experience.
