AH to go is hiring a part-time Floor Manager in Leiden to work on the shop floor while leading and directing colleagues. The role involves dividing tasks, giving clear instructions, solving problems, monitoring quality and safety, motivating the team, and keeping the store clean and well organized. The position offers flexible shifts, a gross salary of €2,692 to €3,235 per month, possible permanent contract after seven months, and an onboarding program. Applicants must be at least 18, have Dutch at B1 level, be available for opening and closing shifts, and be able to reach the location within 30 minutes without public transport.
