NIKE, Inc. is hiring a Floor Manager (Visual Merchandising & Styling Coach) for its House of Innovation flagship store in Paris, starting in September 2026 on a fixed-term contract. The role leads visual merchandising and styling execution, manages category experiences and seasonal initiatives, coaches and develops a retail team, ensures compliance with Nike visual standards, coordinates with store leadership and VMS partners, and supports training and performance management. Candidates should have initial retail and/or leadership experience, strong English, customer-service and communication skills, team-coaching ability, passion for Nike or sport, and flexibility for variable hours and weekends.
