Avenue at Westshore is hiring Floor Nurses to provide direct nursing care in a new skilled nursing facility in Holland, Michigan. The role involves delivering care under individualized plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting residents, assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers, supervising nursing assistants, participating in care planning, responding to emergencies, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Candidates must hold a current Michigan LPN or RN license and CPR certification; one year of long-term care experience is preferred, along with strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.
