Tyson Foods is hiring a floor operator for the feather side on D shift, responsible for visually inspecting and adjusting floor equipment, monitoring and operating feather room machinery such as conveyors, metal detector, screens, dryer, and hydrolyzers, and performing general production tasks in a physically demanding environment. The role requires maintaining safety and cleanliness, reading logs, using hand tools, communicating via two-way radio, and may involve operating a front-end loader or forklift with certification, while also requiring at least 6 months of work history with one employer in the past 12 months and preferably 3 consecutive months of operator experience within the last 2 years. The position offers starting pay of $20.40 plus a $3.00 shift premium, benefits starting day 1, and is located on D shift in the United States.
