Description
The Online Casino Studio Supervisor oversees game presenters, shufflers, and other assigned staff during shifts, ensuring compliance with studio regulations, responsible gaming policies, staffing schedules, game operations, reporting, payroll, and shift handovers. The role requires prior online gaming or in-person casino operations experience, at least three months in the current position, supervisory or management experience, strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills, and familiarity with casino game rules and procedures.
