InPost is hiring a Floor Supervisor to coordinate and supervise warehouse operations from package reception through dispatch. The role leads and develops teams, monitors production and cost KPIs, resolves operational issues, ensures compliance with procedures and safety standards, coordinates transportation schedules, manages documentation, and maintains contact with other depots and departments. The position requires 3–4 years of similar experience, preferably in a courier company, team-management and logistics experience, KPI analysis skills, a forklift license, and strong organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities; professional training and English or data-analysis knowledge are valued.
