Description
ABM is hiring a Floor Maintenance Technician to clean, maintain, and repair carpet and hard-surface floors in buildings and facilities. The role includes using chemical cleaners and power equipment safely, cleaning furniture and equipment, moving items, cleaning glass and restrooms, and performing seasonal outdoor tasks. The position pays $24 and runs from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; a high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required, while customer service experience and one year of similar work experience are preferred.
