Westminster Oaks is hiring a full-time Floor Technician to work from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. with weekend shifts required. The role maintains common areas, resident apartments, and similar spaces by cleaning carpets and hard floors, mopping, sweeping, waxing, and removing debris. The technician also prepares areas for group or special functions, cleans cleaning equipment, reports equipment repairs to a supervisor, and assists with linen delivery to the Health Center. The position requires a criminal background.
