The role operates auto scrubbers, burnishers, and extractors, follows safety and regulatory procedures, maintains equipment and task logs, monitors supplies, and communicates with supervisors and clients. It requires a valid driver’s license, floor-care or janitorial experience, equipment proficiency, physical ability to handle heavy equipment, and may involve travel, evening, weekend, or overnight shifts.
