Description
Flagship is hiring a Floor Technician to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of client facility floors. The role includes sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, operating floor-care equipment, responding to spills, applying finishes, inspecting floors, disposing of waste, assisting with carpet and stain treatment, and reporting maintenance or safety issues. The position requires at least six months of floor technician or janitorial services experience, safety training, flexible-shift availability, and the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
