The Floor Technician will maintain flooring and cleanliness throughout a resident-care facility by cleaning, scrubbing, polishing, waxing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing supplies, disposing of waste and soiled linens according to infection-control procedures, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns. Prior housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred, with healthcare or hospitality experience and knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and procedures considered beneficial.
