Description
The Floor Technician performs overnight routine floor-care and housekeeping duties in an assigned area under direct supervision. Responsibilities include stripping, refinishing, scrubbing, buffing, and daily maintenance of various floor surfaces; emptying trash; cleaning entrances; safely following cleaning procedures; maintaining equipment; monitoring supplies; following facility policies; and providing compassionate customer service to customers and families. The role is full time from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM and requires physical fitness, English literacy, and familiarity with housekeeping materials, techniques, and equipment.
